The Santa Rosa Police Department arrested suspects believed to be distributing meth and cocaine in the area. Juan Carlos Beltran-Granados and Belen Santos-Hernandez were detained at 6:30 Thursday morning on College Avenue in Santa Rosa, where detectives found drugs and drug paraphernalia. Young children were exposed to the drugs in the home. Another search at a Rohnert Park residence revealed one pound of cocaine. Both suspects were booked into Sonoma County Jail on multiple charges, including felony child endangerment, with bail set at $500,000.
