Man Arrested for Starting 25-Acre Brush Fire in Marinwood

A San Rafael man is behind bars in Marin County for starting a brush fire. Deputies say he admitted to burning his tent in the area yesterday and left before the fire was all the way out. The 34-year-old was arrested shortly after flames burned 25 acres in a remote part of Marinwood. Officials pulled out every resource to get it under control fast including all fire departments in the county and 100 firefighters from Cal fire.
