Handguns and Suspected Fentanyl Found During Santa Rosa Probation Search

A Santa Rosa probation search leads to the seizure of a guns and drugs. Last Friday afternoon, a search was carried out at a residence in the 600 block of Avalon Avenue in Santa Rosa. Inside, officers found a Beretta 9mm semi-automatic handgun with a Taurus upper receiver along with a loaded magazine in a bedroom closet. A second, loaded, handgun was in a nearby bathroom. Also located were eight, small plastic Ziploc bags which contained 7.4 grams of suspected Fentanyl. An additional 5.1-gram bindle of suspected Fentanyl was also located along with a scale and additional packaging.

Corrina Gonzales was arrested for possessing those items after she came back to the residence that night.
