A 19-year-old motorcyclist is dead after crashing just outside of Santa Rosa. On Friday evening, the rider was going eastbound at high speeds on Riebli Road near Wallace Road and illegally passed a vehicle over double lines. They lost control as he approached a right curve in the road, went off the roadway and hit a fence. They were pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity hasn’t been released.
