Housing could be coming to the now shuttered Windsor Creek Elementary School. Gallaher Community Housing and Windsor Unified School District have entered into an exclusive negotiation agreement for six months to provide at least 368 rental apartments and homes. The district is looking to provide some staff and teacher housing at the 11.5 acre site. To qualify for one of the 368 affordable units, renters would need to earn no more than 80-percent of area median income.
