A gun was recovered after a fight in Santa Rosa involving several intoxicated people. On Sunday night, police were called to the 2400 block of Sebastopol Road and contacted three people who allegedly attack another person. One of those three subjects, later identified as Jorge Leopoldo Jr., refused to follow commands and led police on a short pursuit before colliding with a fence and nearby business storage yard and stopping. Leopoldo was arrested with the use of a Armored Response Vehicle (or ARV). Inside his vehicle, police found a Glock pistol on the floorboard of the front passenger seat. Leopoldo was charged with several offenses including felon in possession of a firearm and DUI.
