Plans for the Pullman apartments on Wilson Street between Eighth and Ninth streets in Santa Rosa (City of Santa Rosa)
The vision for the third and final phase of the Pullman Apartments project in Santa Rosa’s West End neighborhood is starting to take shape. It will include 69 apartments and several amenities at the southeast corner of Eighth and Wilson Streets. Construction of the initial 74 units started more than three years ago. Construction of the second, 40-unit phase is just about finished. This is one of Santa Rosa’s first major housing projects to be built along the SMART rail line.
