Several “no on Measure J” campaign signs have been vandalized. The about half-dozen signs damaged or defaced this week were displayed in a rural area, just outside of Sebastopol. Most of the signs had the word “NO” broken away from the upper left corner. Nearly all of them were on private property. And, one was in a field, behind barbed wire. The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office says it has not received any reports about the vandalism. Measure J calls for the end of so-called “factory farming” in Sonoma County. Voters will decide whether to pass it in November.
