Windsor is the latest local government to take a stand against Measure J but not without some salty language. During last week’s town council meeting, town council member Mike Wall, who attended the meeting remotely, dropped an F-bomb during his outrage over the controversial farming measure to ban so-called concentrated animal feeding operations, or CAFOs. He later apologized for his language but, with the rest of the Windsor Town Council, voted to oppose Measure J. Sebastopol, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Santa Rosa, Healdsburg, Sonoma, Cloverdale and the county Board of Supervisors have also opposed ballot measure.
