Santa Rosa police have arrested a pedestrian with an outstanding warrant who was carrying a firearm. Officers patrolling the area of Roberts Avenue and the Joe Rodota Trail located 44-year-old Joshua Lottice, whom they knew had an outstanding felony warrant. When he was contacted, Lottice admitted to having a handgun in his jacket pocket which was recovered. It turned out to be loaded with one round in the chamber. Lottice was arrested for the warrant as well as firearm related charges.
