Sonoma County is activating several of its cooling centers as October begins with a triple-digit heatwave. They include the Finley Center in Santa Rosa, City of Sonoma Public Library, the Guerneville Public Library, and the Geyserville Park and Ride. Multiple inland cities are expected to see highs of up to 105 degrees today. Sonoma and Napa counties are under a heat advisory until eleven o’clock Wednesday night. Today is expected to be the peak of the heatwave. But, triple-digit highs are still possible tomorrow.
