A California wine company specializing in reviving legacy brands has made another major acquisition. WarRoom Cellars has purchased Parducci Wine Cellars, along with two other brands, from Mendocino Wine Company. This marks WarRoom’s third North Coast acquisition in the past year. Mendocino Wine Company will continue to produce the wines for WarRoom. The tasting room at the Parducci winery is now closed, but WarRoom is exploring potential opportunities for the venue.
