The man accused of threatening a shooting at Penngrove Elementary School near Petaluma is due in court today. Kevin Harrington, who was arrested near South Lake Tahoe on Monday, is behind bars in Santa Rosa and being held without bail. He has been charged with two counts of threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize. On Monday, Harrington, a former high school teacher and coach in Petaluma, allegedly called the school twice and threatened a shooting. That prompted the lockdown and evacuation of the school.
