Petaluma Police have arrested a man for possessing obscene materials. Yesterday, police searched the home of Nicholas Schlager stemming from a tip related to illegal, obscene, digital images/data. Electronic devices belonging to Schlager were located and seized due to having images of child pornography. Schlager was arrested and charged with Possessing images/data, etc. of persons under 18 years of age engaging in or simulating sexual conduct.
