Time is running out for Californians to register online to vote. Today is the deadline to turn in all forms. Anyone who misses it will have to request a ballot in person as part of the state’s same-day process. So far, nearly two-million people have returned their ballots by mail. The secretary of state says there’s no need to wait and urges voters to make their voices heard now. Her office has a link to track when ballots are received and counted.
