A contractor has been chosen to design and build the Roseland library and other community amenities. Swinerton Builders of Sacramento has been awarded a $33-million contract by the City of Santa Rosa to build the civic complex known as the Hearn Community Hub. Construction is expected to start in the fall of 2025 and be completed in the spring of 2027. A new fire station will also be built at the hub during this phase with the possibility of a recreation center for the future.
