A driver is dead after veering off Highway 12 in Solano County and flipping their vehicle. It happened early Sunday morning, about 20 miles from the Napa County border. Authorities say the person was driving toward Interstate 80 while intoxicated and possibly at high speeds. The driver, who was pronounced dead at the scene, has not been publicly identified.
