Santa Rosa Police Arrest Man for Intentionally Starting Grass Fire and Having Meth

A man has been arrested for a grass fire in Santa Rosa and meth possession. On Monday evening, a grass fire was reported on the 3000 block of Corby Avenue that might have been intentionally started. The fire was quickly contained and police found the suspect, Yulian Lopez-Campos, in a car dealership lot. Police found two lighters and a small baggie of meth in his pockets. Based on the items and witnesses, Campos was determined to have intentionally started the fire.
