A student is behind bars on suspicion of bringing a loaded handgun to Montgomery High School. This is the second such arrest at a high school in Santa Rosa in as many weeks. Police say the 16-year-old student arrested Wednesday had a gun in his school locker. The teen is being held in juvenile hall. Last Thursday, a 16-year-old student was arrested at Elsie Allen High School. He allegedly had a loaded handgun and ammunition in his backpack.
