Santa Rosa Police officers conducting a welfare check at a residence on Monarch Court yesterday afternoon made a tragic discovery. Four deceased individuals were found inside the home.
The incident is currently being investigated as a homicide. The cause of death, ages, and identities of the victims have not yet been released. Police do not believe there is any ongoing threat to public safety.
