On Wednesday, Santa Rosa Police responded to a welfare check at a residence on Monarch Court. Upon entering the home, officers discovered four deceased individuals with apparent gunshot wounds.
The victims, believed to be family members, were a 33-year-old woman, a 28-year-old man, and two 67-year-old individuals. The incident is being investigated as a multi-person homicide. Detectives have processed the scene and conducted a search warrant at a residence in San Jose linked to one of the victims.
The motive remains under investigation, but police do not believe there is any threat to the public.
