A Santa Rosa man accused of assaulting several people at a Walmart in Rohnert Park, injuring three of them, is being held without bail.
45-year-old Randolph Knoblock appeared in court yesterday under tight security and chained to a wheelchair. Police say Knoblock started a fight inside the Walmart store on Redwood Drive Monday afternoon.
Knoblock allegedly pinned an employee to the ground and doused them with pepper spray and then sprayed customers who tried to intervene. He then made his way outside to the parking lot, where he allegedly brandished a knife at another male customer and ordered him onto his knees.
Police arrived and arrested Knoblock following a brief standoff.
