Petaluma City Council members have a busy agenda ahead of them. At their meeting today, the council will discuss options for replacing the aging synthetic turf field at Lucchesi Park.
The current field, installed in 2009, is past its recommended lifespan. The council will weigh the pros and cons of installing a new turf field versus a natural grass alternative.
Also on the agenda are several consent calendar items, including contracts for the City Hall East Wing remodel and sidewalk improvements to ensure ADA compliance. The council will also review financial reports for the Oak and Water Street Benefit Assessment District.
