The suspect in a deadly shooting near Petaluma last November is pleading no contest to one count of murder.
Fifty-nine-year-old Paul Elliot Coilton, an Arizona resident, entered the plea on Thursday. Additional charges he faced are expected to be dropped as part of a plea deal. Those included shooting at a vehicle and illegally possessing a firearm and ammunition as a felon.
Coilton will be sentenced on March 25th.
