Sonoma and Napa counties are bracing for yet another strong atmospheric river that will bring heavy rain and strong winds.
The National Weather Service says the storm system, arriving tonight, will bring two to three inches of rain to most of the North Bay. The coastal mountains of Sonoma County could see up to four inches of rain. Steady moderate to heavy rainfall is expected through at least Thursday night.
Forecasters are calling for wind gusts of up to 35-miles-per-hour in the valleys and up to 45-miles-per-hour in the higher elevations. Flooding over riverbanks is also a possibility.
