A Vallejo man and his Napa cousin have been arrested in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl in Napa.
26-year-old Yovani Velasquez Zaragoza is being held on $250,000 bail, while 30-year-old Ana Deheza Jimenez is held on $100,000 bail. Police say Zaragoza allegedly assaulted the girl, and Deheza Jimenez is suspected of driving him to the location, knowing his intentions.
Zaragoza faces charges including lewd acts with a child and unlawful sexual intercourse. Deheza Jimenez is suspected of meeting a minor for lewd purposes.
Formal charges have not yet been filed by the District Attorney.
