19-Year-Old Oakland Man Arrested Following Robbery At Rohnert Park Pep Boys

A 19-year-old Oakland man has been arrested in connection with a robbery at a Rohnert Park Pep Boys.

Police say the suspect, Myles Jerel Wilkerson, allegedly stole a bank deposit bag from an employee at the tire shop on Redwood Drive Friday afternoon. After fleeing the scene, police tracked the suspect’s vehicle to Daly City and then San Francisco, where a pursuit ended in a crash.

Wilkerson and two other suspects were apprehended after a foot chase. The stolen bank bag was recovered.

Wilkerson is now in custody in Sonoma County, facing charges of robbery, conspiracy, and being a wanted felon. He’s being held on $150,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
