Three people are in custody in the North Bay for allegedly kidnapping a patient from a medical facility.
Police say the unidentified suspects broke into the medical facility in Novato this past weekend, kidnapped a patient and assaulted a nurse before fleeing the scene. Investigators say the suspects were trying to use the patient to get ahold of their finances.
Police were able to capture the suspects shortly after they fled the area.
