A Santa Rosa man is facing multiple charges after a dramatic attempt to evade police last week.
40-year-old Bradley Justis, wanted on felony warrants, led officers on a chase in a stolen vehicle through a residential area. When police stopped the pursuit due to safety concerns, Justis fled on foot and climbed onto a roof.
The Sonoma County Sheriff’s helicopter, Henry-1, was called in and located Justis hiding. After negotiations, he surrendered peacefully. Justis was booked into Sonoma County jail on charges including vehicle theft, evading police, and drug possession.
He’s scheduled to appear in court today, with bail set at $60,000.
