Guerneville Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Illegally Selling Firearms

A man in Guerneville has been arrested on suspicion of illegally selling firearms.

Sonoma County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at a home on Old Monte Rio Road on Thursday, seizing multiple firearms, including rifles and a shotgun, as well as a large amount of ammunition. The investigation began after authorities seized a firearm from a woman prohibited from owning one, leading them to 40-year-old Liam Brayton.

Brayton was arrested for allegedly selling a firearm without a license and booked into Sonoma County Jail. He has since been released on bail, and charges are pending.
