Santa Rosa Contractor Sentenced To Two Years of Probation

A Santa Rosa-based contractor who left several unfinished construction jobs has been sentenced to two years of probation.

Cory Lacey, who also failed to pay suppliers and employees, faces 120 days in jail as well. But, he could apply for alternative programs like work release, home confinement or community service. Lacey violated laws regulating contractors and construction work in California, and was initially charged with seven misdemeanors and three felonies.
