A 14-year-old boy is hospitalized in critical condition after he was hit by a car in Santa Rosa.
The collision happened late Saturday night, at College Avenue and Beaver Street. Police say the boy may have been riding at skateboard at the time. The driver who hit the boy was the first person to report the collision.
Police and firefighters arrived to find the boy lying unconscious in the road. His injuries are considered life-threatening.
