Petaluma National Little League had a dominant day on Friday, with their 12-and-under and 11-and-under teams both clinching District 35 titles.
According to the Press Democrat, the 12U Petaluma National team continued an incredible run, winning their third consecutive district title across different age divisions, defeating Mark West 5-3.
Not to be outdone, the 11U Petaluma National squad also repeated as champions, going undefeated in district play to beat Rincon Valley 9-2.
Rounding out the champions was Rincon Valley Little League’s 10-and-under team, who triumphed over Petaluma National 7-3 to punch their ticket to the Section 1 tournament.
The victorious teams will now move on to their respective Section 1 tournaments, with play kicking off this Thursday.
