A 40-million-dollar boutique hotel project in downtown Sebastopol is on hold again.
The developer, Healdsburg-based Piazza Hospitality Group, made the announcement this week. It blames new economic challenges, including growing interest rates and President Trump’s tariffs.
Officials say they now have to rework the entire project from scratch. The project was first approved eight years ago.
