A 19-year-old girl who was hit by a car in Santa Rosa is dead.
Natalee Fisher died in a hospital on Saturday, two days after she was hit while walking her dog. It happened as they were crossing West Steele Lane near Hilliard Comstock Northwest Community Park. The driver stayed at the scene and is not suspected of speeding or being impaired.
The dog was injured but survived.
