Napa County Crash Could Result In DUI & Murder Chargers

A crash in Napa County that killed six people could result in DUI and murder charges.

Authorities say Norberto Celerino of Stockton was driving a van that struck a tree in Pope Valley. The District Attorney’s Office will determine whether charges are filed. In California, drivers can face second-degree murder charges in fatal DUI cases.

Police say Celerino remains hospitalized.
