Redwood Credit Union dedicated Monday’s holiday to its annual Day of Impact.
According to the Press Democrat roughly 1,000 RCU employees volunteered at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds, partnering with the non-profit Foster Love.
Together, they assembled nearly 4,000 care bags and birthday boxes. These packages are designed to support every foster youth across San Francisco and the North Bay counties RCU serves.
RCU CEO Brett Martinez said the event fosters a “shared purpose” and connects the team to something meaningful.
