A Petaluma man is arrested after allegedly smashing a car window at Plaza North shopping center to steal items.
Police say 38-year-old Manuel Arrenguin was caught early Thursday morning removing belongings from the vehicle. Officers say Arrenguin admitted to hiding cocaine in his shoe.
He was booked on suspicion of burglary and possession of a controlled substance.
