A Santa Rosa man serving a 16-year prison sentence for a DUI crash has died in state custody.
Officials say 34-year-old Augie Lamar Delariva was found dead October 29th at Pleasant Valley State Prison in Fresno County.
Delariva was sentenced in 2023 for a 2021 chain-reaction crash on Highway 101 near Golf Course Drive that injured six people after he failed to slow down and slammed into stopped traffic.
