Santa Rosa Woman Arrested Following High-Speed Chase

A Santa Rosa woman is arrested early Thursday after leading officers on a high-speed chase.

CHP first spotted the black Dodge Charger around 2:45 a.m. on Highway 101 near Steele Lane traveling over 100 miles per hour. The chase was suspended, but resumed in Healdsburg after the car was spotted again, eventually ending when the driver, 21-year-old Adalynn Carrasco, lost control, hit a guardrail, and flipped the vehicle.

Carrasco reportedly showed signs of intoxication and was booked into Sonoma County jail on suspicion of DUI, evading officers, driving with a suspended license, and violating probation from a 2024 DUI case.

Prosecutors later filed one felony count related to the sheriff’s chase.
