The luxury hotel market in Healdsburg is set for further expansion with a major new development preparing to break ground.
The North Bay Business Journal reports developer Replay Destinations announced that the Alyvia, a 53-room boutique hotel and residence, is scheduled to start construction this spring and open in mid-2028. The Alyvia is part of the $500 million Mill District mixed-use community.
The development is projected to cost over $100 million for the hotel and residences. Developer Replay has selected Santa Rosa-based Mayacama Hospitality Group as its local operating partner.
The Alyvia aims to be the most premium-priced hotel in the downtown market, with its key advantage being its walkability right to the Healdsburg Plaza, separating it from other luxury resorts in the area.
