Historic Cloverdale Drive-In To Reopen In January

A Cloverdale legend is back on the map. Sonoma Magazine reports after a major renovation, the historic Pick’s Drive-In—now renamed Pick’s Roadside—is set to reopen on January 10th.

Founded in 1923, this landmark is one of California’s oldest roadside stops. New owners, Anidel Hospitality, are reviving the site as part of a larger effort to revitalize downtown Cloverdale.

While the menu stays true to the classics—like root beer floats and their famous red relish—it’s getting a Sonoma County upgrade with premium Wagyu beef burgers and local craft beers. General Manager Amber Lanier says it’s more than just a restaurant; it’s a piece of history coming back to life for a new generation.
