The Batteries Plus on North McDowell Boulevard in Petaluma has announced it will permanently close its doors in the coming weeks. The family-owned franchise, run by Christian Kurasek and his parents, has served the community for the last decade.
The Petaluma Argus-Courier reports the store is currently holding a total liquidation sale to clear out all remaining inventory, including car batteries, specialty lighting, and phone repair equipment.
While an exact final date hasn’t been set, the owners say the end is near and are encouraging long-time customers to stop by one last time.
