Sutter Health is ramping up its footprint in Santa Rosa with a multi-million dollar expansion project.
Crews have begun demolition work inside the three-story medical office building at 34 Mark West Springs Road, right next to the Regional Hospital. The 10-million-dollar renovation will allow Sutter to take over the entire 10,000-square-foot facility.
Once complete, the top floor will feature a brand-new X-ray imaging suite and become the permanent home for Sutter’s orthopedics and podiatry departments. This project follows the healthcare provider’s recent expansion into Rohnert Park as they continue to grow their services across Sonoma County.
