Santa Rosa Police are investigating a violent weekend after responding to two separate shootings just one hour apart Saturday night.
The first incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. in Northwest Santa Rosa. Following that gunfire, officers arrested 29-year-old Adrian Hernandez-Camacho on weapons and drug charges.
Shortly after, at 8:30 p.m., police rushed to Sebastopol Road. Witnesses described a coordinated attack where suspects in four cars tried to box in a transport van. As the van managed to maneuver away, suspects opened fire, leaving shell casings scattered in the roadway.
These incidents mark the city’s third and fourth shootings of the year. Both investigations are ongoing, and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
