Sonoma County’s own Guy Fieri is ringing in 58 with a brand-new look that has fans doing a double-take.
The Press Democrat reports in a birthday video posted to Instagram, the Food Network icon ditched his signature bleach-blond spikes and goatee for a neatly parted brunette hairstyle and a clean-shaven face. Fieri joked that after years of being ‘Guy,’ he decided to spend this birthday as ‘just a guy.’
The transformation drew plenty of laughs online, including from his son Hunter, who jokingly asked his dad when he started ‘selling insurance.’ While the look is a major shift from his ‘Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives’ persona, Fieri has already updated his profile pictures to reflect the ‘New Year, New Guy’ vibe.
