The Sonoma Botanical Garden is bolstering its leadership team to keep up with a recent hiring surge, announcing two key administrative appointments.
Per the North Bay Business Journal, André ten Dam joins as the new director of business operations after a long tenure at Washington’s Bloedel Reserve, while Dina Howard takes over as associate director of people operations to manage the garden’s growing staff.
The organization has also added financial expert Martin Cassell to its board of trustees as it continues to expand its mission of connecting the community with the natural world.
