Santa Rosa police have dismantled a massive illegal “ghost gun” operation following the arrest of a 22-year-old Cloverdale man Tuesday morning.
Detectives seized three 3D printers and nearly 170 firearms—including ten assault weapons—many of which were found loaded and unsecured near a young child.
Joshua Penuelas now faces hundreds of felony charges, including weapons manufacturing and child endangerment, as investigators work to trace the reach of the untraceable firearms.
