Santa Rosa Police arrested four juveniles late Friday night at Pioneer Park after a patrol led to a foot chase and the recovery of two loaded firearms.
Officers with the Special Enforcement Team spotted the group—three of whom were identified as known gang participants—around 10:00 PM. One teen attempted to flee, discarding a loaded .22 caliber pistol before being caught, while another was found with a loaded 9mm ‘ghost gun’ in his waistband.
The suspects face multiple felony charges, including illegal firearm possession and gang enhancements. SRPD says the arrests are part of an ongoing crackdown on rising gun violence.
