The Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety has announced the arrests of three men this week following separate investigations into sexual assault and child exploitation.
According to the Press Democrat, among those taken into custody were 25-year-old Gabriel Santos Pablo Roman and 22-year-old Owen Conrad Isenberg—who was arrested on the Sonoma State campus—both accused of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material after tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
In a third, unrelated case, a 61-year-old man was jailed Monday on suspicion of multiple felony offenses, including sexual penetration of an intoxicated person and false imprisonment.
While two of the suspects have been named, officials are currently withholding the identity of the 61-year-old to protect the victim’s privacy and the integrity of the judicial process as the cases move forward.
